This search facility helps you find UKGTN laboratories and the services they provide. You will find specific information on the services offered by each laboratory including the tariff and turn around times of each test.
By Disease or Gene
Search the database by disease or gene for a specific test. The search results provide details of the laboratories and the services that they offer. This includes information about the service levels offered for a test e.g. sequencing of entire coding region.To access gene dossiers, search by disease.
By Region
Quickly find the services offered by each UKGTN Laboratory in a given region, using a map of the United Kingdom. You can also identify the NHS organisation each laboratory resides in. Click on a region to zoom in.
